Collectibles, books and magazines are non-returnable. I am not responsible for damage caused by the post office or weather conditions. I take extreme care when packaging your items to withstand normal shipping. However, if I have made a mistake or missed something in my description, I will issue a refund, minus shipping, once the item has been returned. I must be notified within 3 business days of any discrepancies.
Scrapbook die cuts and punchies and other handmade scrapbook embellishment items and cards are returnable under certain conditions. I will describe items the best I can and pictures will be provided for each and every item. You will see and know what you are getting when you purchase. However, I want 100% satisfaction so I will except returns on die cuts, punchies and other handmade scrapbook embellishments.
